primary body representing coaches around the world. It has over 5,000
members in thirty-five countries. The ICF maintains certification standards
for personal and business coaches, and strives to protect the integrity

training organization for the coaching profession. They espouse
a strong co-active development philosophy between client and coach.

The Capital Region Human Resource Association is
my local SHRM chapter. With over 500 members, it is very active in
aiding and educating HR professionals in the Capital District of New
